It almost seems with every news cycle there is an update about red light therapy. Whether it is an advance in science, additional research, or celebrities adopting this spa therapy modality.

Red Light Therapy is receiving all of this attention because there are actual wellness and health benefits one may receive by incorporating this therapy into their normal routine.

Many sites offer updates, however, as we have all come to realize…everything available on the internet requires validating its legitimacy.

SUMMARY : “While dermatologists have used lasers successfully for years to treat common skin conditions such as acne, rosacea and aging skin, it now appears that even non-laser lights may provide some of the same benefits. In fact, lights of different colors are being used in several in-office and at-home therapies that offer consumers an alternative to more expensive laser treatments, but all may not be equally effective.”
